Dr. Erazo earned her medical degree from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in Bogotá, Colombia, followed by an Internal Medicine residency at Universidad El Bosque-Fundación Santa Fe de Bogotá. She continued her training in the United States with an Internal Medicine residency at Jacobi Medical Center–Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York and completed a Nephrology Fellowship at New York University. After leaving a hospital system that sought to limit her practice to a single specialty, she established Frontline Medical and Kidney Care through referrals and word-of-mouth, retaining nearly her entire patient base and cultivating relationships that have spanned approximately 15 years. Her prevention-focused approach to nephrology emphasizes kidney preservation and transplantation, and she reports that virtually all eligible patients receive kidney transplants through proactive management and timely intervention. Dr. Erazo is an active member of the American Society of Nephrology, Obesity Medicine Association, American College of Physicians, Pennsylvania Medical Society, Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce, and the Lehigh Valley Independent Physicians Group.

Beyond her clinical achievements, Dr. Erazo remains deeply committed to serving her community. She provides bilingual education programs for predominantly Spanish-speaking patients and frequently offers discounted wellness treatments to Medicare and Medicaid patients who may otherwise be unable to access advanced therapies. Inspired by her father, an Neuro surgeon in Colombia, she pursued a career in medicine with a passion for helping others, while the support of her husband encouraged her to expand into wellness services with the launch of Wellness Medi Center.
